« Engaging the enemy » by Reese Ryan
Engaging the enemy is the third book of the bourdon brothers. We finally get to read the story of Kayleigh Jamison and Paker About. Let me be straight with you I didn’t like Paker one bit when Reese first introduce him to us in « Savannah’s secret ». I couldn’t wrap my mind about how his story was going to unfold. He was a jerk coming off like a know all. And nobody like some like that, so I really didn’t know her he was going turn in prince charming.
I love Kayleigh right away. She was strong, fierce, independent and one was sure. Watching her falling for Parker was going to be something. Because that simply meant all her assumptions was going to be challenged.
This story was funny, warm, and sexy. Watching a cocky bastard and nerd like Parker being in love, with someone so fiercely and proud like Kayleigh was refreshing
